Privacy Statement

We collect personal information from you, including information about your:

• name, ethnicity, age, immigration status and level of education
• contact information
• billing or purchase information

We collect your personal information in order to:

• assist us in providing information to the TEC about who is attending our classes and their eligibility to be subsidised by the New Zealand government

Besides our staff, we share this information with:

• the Tertiary Education Commission in order to collect statistical information on learners and to ensure only NZ residents are attending classes.

Providing some information is not optional. If you choose not to enter this information, we'll be unable to provide learning opportunities.

We keep your information safe by storing it in encrypted files and only allowing authorised staff to access it .

We keep your information for five years at which point destroy it by securely erasing it digitally.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
