Yoga is for all ages and fitness abilities.  Focus on flexibility, relaxation, correct posture and breathing.  Bring a yoga mat, foam bedroll, a large towel and a light
blanket for relaxation.  Yoga is practiced on an empty stomach. For beginners and post beginners.
