Learn how to cover and decorate cakes for special occasions.  Learn icing, piping, moulded blossoms, leaves, lilies and roses, bows and drapes.  Material cost extra.  List given.  Please bring your own apron and tea towel.

Please note, all courses need a minimum number to go ahead. If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel at the last minute (up to a few hours before the start time).  You will be informed by phone or email regarding this.
