A great class to get you started!

No previous experience is required.

Make butter cream icing for cupcakes.

Cover a cake with chocolate icing.

Cover a cake with marzipan & fondant icing.

You will learn about borders, crimping and colouring, to make sugar paste roses and small flowers.

Towards the end of the term you will cover and decorate a celebration cake to your own design and using  the skills you have developed in class.

On the first day: Bring pen and paper. The tutor will bring the necessary materials.

*A materials list for the remainder of the course will be discussed in class on the first day.
