Join Chef Phol, an executive chef with over 40 years of experience, as he shares his deep knowledge of traditional Thai cooking. Specialising in rich flavours, fresh herbs, and fragrant spices, Phol will guide you through a variety of classic dishes — from soups and stir-fries to curries and noodles.
Over this 6-week course, you’ll also explore the beautiful Thai art of fruit and vegetable carving, using knives or specialist tools to create intricate garnishes that celebrate Thai culture and attention to detail.
What to bring: An apron, a tea towel, and a small container to take home any leftovers.
Please note: An additional $60 ingredient fee is payable directly to the tutor at the first class. This covers all food costs for the entire course.
