Yoga for Beginners - St Johns

Are you tired? Do you suffer back & neck pain? Are you stressed? Do you struggle to sleep? Do you have injuries?  Do you have a body that doesn't work well and a mind that won't stop.

Through gentle, simple exercise & breath work this class will improve your body and mind and help you relax.

Size, age, culture, fitness is not a barrier.  All are welcome.

If you can breathe you can do it!

What you need: A mat, blanket, cushion, loose clothes, empty tummy and an open mind.

Please note that this course takes place at St Johns Church Community Centre, 120 Great South Road, Papatoetoe.

If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel and will let you know by email - please check your emails, including your spam folder, regularly.
