Feeling tired, stressed, or out of balance? Struggling with back or neck pain, sleep issues, or a restless mind? This class uses mindful movement, simple exercises, and breathwork to support your physical and mental wellbeing — no matter your age, size, background, or fitness level.
If you can breathe, you can do this.
What to bring: a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, loose clothing, an empty stomach, and an open mind.
