Oriental Trail

All the food you have enjoyed eating in ethnic restaurants learn how to prepare them with simple recipes and easily available local ingredients.  From Chinese dumplings to Malaysian noodles, Thai green curry to Japanese sushi.  

Please bring your own aprons, tea towel and small containers to take back food.  $30 ingredient fee payable to tutor on first day.

Please note, all courses need a minimum number to go ahead. If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel at the last minute (up to a few hours before the start time).  You will be informed by phone or email regarding this.
